COVID-19 Update

At Carlson Therapy Network, the health and safety of our patients and staff is always our top priority.  As you are probably aware, the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the US is growing. As a precautionary measure, we’d like to offer some information as it relates to your care.  We also want to assure you that we continue to follow infection control policies in our clinics. We are committed to using preventive measures such as disinfecting our equipment and exam tables, washing our hands frequently and using hand sanitizer to prevent the spread of all disease, including coronavirus. 

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 include:

           Fever

           Coughing

           Shortness of breath

To help us do our part in controlling this virus, we ask that you comply with the following:

1.)     If you are feeling sick or have a fever, please stay home until you are symptom free for at least 14 days and/or have the OK from your doctor.

2.)    Anyone who appears to have acute respiratory illness symptoms (i.e. cough, shortness of breath) upon arrival to our facility, will be rescheduled to a later date when symptom free.  We encourage you to reach out to your primary care physician for further guidance.

3.)    Upon arrival, all patients and staff will have their temperature taken with a non-invasive forehead thermometer.  If you have a fever greater than 100.4F, we will not be able to treat you that day. Please reschedule after you’ve been fever-free for 14 days and/or have the OK from your doctor.

4.)    If you are sick and have recently traveled to any HIGH RISK area such as China, Italy, Iran, South Korea or Japan or any other region deemed high risk by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), please do not come to our facility.

5.)    Please do not come to the clinic if you’ve been advised to self-quarantine.

6.)    If you have visited us recently and have received a diagnosis of COVID-19, please call our office so we can take appropriate safeguards.

ALL ILLNESS-RELATED CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE WAIVED UNTIL JULY 1, 2020.
